Associate Consultant role is an amazing opportunity to excell in sales field, due to the complexity of closing two deals at same time with two clients (company and candidate). The recruitment processes are for Mid and High Management positions.

The Associate Consultant would join Antal’s office in Madrid and would work as a part of our team. 

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Marketing and Communication through channels such as LinkedIn, etc.
• Close interviews with clients and candidates
• Management of relations between clients and candidates
• Multilingual communication, such as Chinese , English and Spanish.
• Definition of research strategies for diverse markets.
• Interview and process reports.
• Qualifying, screening, and interviewing prospective candidates, and formulating a client-ready assessment summary.

REQUIREMENTS

• Chinese native speaker, high level of English and Spanish , other languages is a plus.

• Love to be on the phone, must of your day will be talking on the phone with candidates and clients, you must love it. 
• Good communication and data analysis skills
• Involved in teamwork and a strong team player.
• Resilience and skill of solve problems.
