Requirements:

• Minimum studies: University Degree
• Consulting Experience in engineering roles at least 1 year
• Organized, proactive, results-oriented person who wants to focus their professional career in the world of Human Resources consulting.
• Good level of English is a must
• Target and results orientation.
• Very good communications and people skills.

 Its functions include:

• Business development, customer acquisition.
• Direct search for candidates
• Publication of offers on the main job portals.
• Curriculum screening.
• Telephone, telematic and face-to-face interviews.
• Preparation of candidate reports.
• Presentation and defense of candidacies with the client.
