We do recruitment business development and international recruitment in sectors like IT&C, Agribusiness, Medical, Pharma, Production, Construction, Retail, Transport and are highly specialized in recruiting mid-top professionals in most of the disciplines HR, Production management, Quality, Operations, Engineering, IT,  Sales & Marketing, Finance, Tax, Accounting, and Logistics. In the past 17 years, we coached over 50 local recruiters - out of which many do have their own successful independent recruitment business and others been relocated internationally, as HR directors or in key managerial roles.  Also, we have managed to place over 3500 professionals with less than 1% failure rate.

We need an ambitious fellow, hard-working, talented, and dynamic to join our team, who is looking to learn and to become a 360 Recruitment Consultant within max. of 6 months. 

Type of work: Employment full time/WFH. One day per week - desirable at the office.  

Main tasks:

• Mapping real opportunities
• Posting jobs
• Candidates pre-screening and reference checks
• Interviews organizing (interview logistics: emails, telephone, teams, etc)
• Internal tables f- projects progress and client status reports
• Extensive and Efficient Research work
• Offering and contracting support
• Up to max. 30% of time dedicated to admin tasks - various  
• KPI initial: help the Team leader in handling a minimum of 5 ongoing roles as well as to generate a minimum of 1-3 new roles per month.

• University Degree and at least 1 year of experience in business services (sales/customer service ideally);
• Able to demonstrate real education and common sense;
• Native selling and customer skills profile;
• Truly hard working and efficient; self-driven; very work - committed;

• Willing to become a top recruitment consultant - long term/lifetime career; money-driven as well;
• Very good English;
