 We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant/ Manager for any of these sectors: B2B, Logistics, FMCG, IT and Back-office. The grade will depend on your experience and skills.

The scope of responsibilities includes: 

- being responsible for the full cycle of recruitment process (360◦, from Business Development to candidates' placements),

- liaising with clients to establish hiring requirements and support on sourcing the best candidates in the most cost and time effective way,

- negotiating Company’s services and conditions with clients, preparing commercial proposals, 

- sourcing CVs using CRM, special websites, LinkedIn, reference, networking and all other resources, 

- head hunting,

- screening profiles, interviewing and evaluating candidates applying selection criteria and use of behavioral interview techniques,

- consulting candidates on career-planning issues,

- preparing detailed reports on short-listed candidates, presenting them to clients, coordinating client-candidate relations,

- assisting clients in selection process,

- offer negotiations and reference checks,

- following up on placements,

- consulting clients on the market changes,

- coaching junior team members,

- participation in conferences and events.
