Recruitment Consultant – Accountancy | Antal International
Location: Milan – Piazzale Cadorna

Antal International is a global executive recruitment organisation operating across more than 35 countries. We are expanding our Accountancy practice in Milan and are seeking experienced or high-potential consultants to grow this specialist area from our office in Piazzale Cadorna.

You will work with CFOs, Finance Directors and high-calibre accounting professionals across commerce, industry, professional services and advisory firms, building long-term strategic relationships with both clients and candidates.

Your role will include:
• Winning and managing client accounts within the Accountancy market
• Recruiting qualified accountants and finance professionals at mid-to-senior level
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development to offer negotiation
• Developing and positioning your own specialist market and network within the Milan finance ecosystem
