Location 2: Bologna – Via Degli Artieri 2

Antal International is a global executive recruitment organisation operating in more than 35 countries. We are expanding our Banking & Financial Services practice in Italy and are seeking experienced or high-potential consultants to grow this specialist area from our office in Milan and Bologna.

You will work with senior banking leaders and high-calibre professionals across corporate banking, commercial banking, lending, payments, fintech and financial institutions, building long-term strategic relationships with both clients and candidates.

Your role will include:
• Winning and managing client accounts within the Business Banking & Financial Services sector
• Recruiting mid-to-senior level professionals within the banking and financial services industry
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development to offer negotiation
• Developing and positioning your own specialist market and network within the finance ecosystem in Milan and Bologna
