Recruitment Consultant – Business Banking & Financial Services | Antal International
Location: Milan – Piazzale Cadorna

Antal International is a global executive recruitment organisation operating across more than 35 countries. We are expanding our Business Banking & Financial Services practice in Milan and are seeking experienced or high-potential consultants to grow this specialist area from our office in Piazzale Cadorna.

You will work with senior banking leaders and high-calibre professionals across corporate banking, commercial banking, lending, payments, fintech and financial institutions, building long-term strategic relationships with both clients and candidates.

Your role will include:
• Winning and managing client accounts within Business Banking & Financial Services
• Recruiting mid-to-senior level professionals across banking and financial institutions
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development to offer negotiation
• Developing and positioning your own specialist market and network within the Milan financial ecosystem
