The Role

For the growth of our Milan office we are looking for Recruitment Consultants who will be responsible for:

- business development
- defining with clients recruitment needs and strategies
- managing the client relationship
- candidate search, head hunting, selection and delivery activities

The Person

We are looking for animated and proactive professionals who are business oriented and able to deliver great levels of service to our candidates and clients.

Main requirements:

• 1-3 years experience post-laurea with a recruitment or services company

• A passion for all things technological

• Good sales attitude and background

• Entrepenurial mentality and likes taking responsibility

• Fluent in English and Italian

• Ability to work in a fastpaced, dynamic environment in a team with other colleagues
