The Roles

Your responsibilities as either Consultant or Manager will include:

• Developing strong client relationships through strategic business management and client collaboration.
• Screening and drawing up shortlists of candidates to deliver to clients.
• Business Development
• Coordinate with any relevant colleagues to forecast future hiring needs.
• Maintaining quality standards with a major focus on delivery, to ensure client satisfaction.
• Develop the company's professional network by using Antal’s Method and strategy.
