I am currently partnering with a growing business located in Central London with the appointment of a Recruitment Manager.
The successful candidate will have over 2 years within recruitment inhouse/agency and be keen to progress their career into a managerial role.
Responsibilities
- Solely responsible for 360 recruitment, working closely with the HR Manager
- Arranging interviews, selecting high quality candidates, drawing up job descriptions and adverts.
- Managing offer letters and negotiations
- Able to liaise with agencies
- Coordinate reference checks, pre-employment medicals, visas and work permits.
- Working in with local learning institutions to engage interns and organise work experience.
