JOB PURPOSE / ROLE
You will oversee full-cycle recruitment. You will be working in partnership with internal stakeholders, senior managers, and HR on all aspects of internal and external recruitment. You will act as a subject matter expert for recruitment and help to improve and implement the current process, championing best practice recruitment and striving to deliver a great candidate experience
Job Primary Tasks & Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the complete end-to-end recruiting function, to include maintaining a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates including sourcing, screening, interviewing, providing feedback/recommendations, and assisting the candidate through offer negotiations and acceptance.
- Coordinate with Heads of Department / Hiring Managers to understand and anticipate headcount staffing needs.
- Build and maintain a talent network through proactive market research, LinkedIn, talent assessment and ongoing relationship management
- Partner and manage recruitment agencies and other vendors, (i.e., external recruiters) associated with recruitment, ensure vendor contracts are in place and approved.
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
- Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on candidate pipelines and recruiting activities.
- Management of appropriate content across all available online portals and recruitment platforms to strengthen employer branding and drive engagement amongst both active and passive candidates.
- First point of contact for new employee and hiring manager from offer accept through onboarding.
- Work with the Head of HR to strategize creative thinking on talent sourcing to drive the direction of new candidate experiences.
- Contribute to preparing timely and accurate reports that concern the line of work to meet the requirements, objectives, and standards.
- Compliances with the company’s safety policy, food safety policy & procedures and the personal hygiene practices
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
- At least 8+years of in-house recruitment related experience, preferably in a fast paced fast-paced environment with a high volume of roles.
