Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive recruitment strategies that align with the company’s objectives and talent needs.
- Lead the recruitment team in executing effective hiring plans to meet the organization's staffing requirements within defined timelines.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide consultancy on market trends, competitive intelligence, and recruitment best practices.
- Oversee the management of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
- Design and implement employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and educational institutions, to source candidates.
- Lead diversity and inclusion efforts in the recruitment process to build a diverse workforce.
- Manage and develop the recruitment team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- 8 – 10 years of proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi labour laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in both English and Arabic.
