Our client, an international b2b company, is looking for Recruitment Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Managing Junior Recruitment Specialist;
• Leading recruitment advertising campaigns to raise awareness of potential jobs;
• Keeping up to date with staffing needs in line with organizational goals or business plans;
• Conduct initial rounds of interviews and coordinate follow-up interviews;
• Actively seek to diversify talent and deepen company culture;
• Attend job fairs, workshops, conferences, and hiring events to source new employees;
• Anticipate future job openings to start hiring early and keep positions filled;
• Supervising and providing overall guidance on company recruitment;
• Liaising with company department heads to anticipate and plan for future recruitment needs;
• Evaluating current recruiting procedures to determine whether they can be modified/updated for increased efficiency and effectiveness;
• Monitoring key recruitment metrics to identify and resolve issues affecting recruiting procedures.
