Our client, a leading veterinary group, are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Partner on a 12 FTC, which has potential to go permanent for the right candidate. Ideally this candidate will have previous internal recruitment experience.
You will be recruiting recruiting Veterinary Surgeons and Veterinary Nurses and would be working in a team of 15, an average of 30 - 40 roles per Recruitment Partner. They offer hybrid working, with 1 day being in the office.
Recruitment Partner Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing and tracking all clinical vacancies within a defined regions
- Understanding your hiring managers needs
- Supporting with building a pipeline, shortlisting and managing the your candidates through the process up until onboarding.
- You will an exceptional communicator who is able to build strong working relationships with various stakeholders across the business, able to deliver creative attraction plans, building candidate pipelines to support recruiting within a competitive market.
Recruitment Partner Key Skills:
- Previous recruitment experience, ideally within an in-house setting
- Exceptional communication skills
- Experience using ATS systems
- Experience of sourcing and screening candidates across various platforms and social media channels.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workloads
- Enthusiastic with an up-beat attitude and good sense of humour!
- Strong team player
