Our client is a rapidly growing AI technology company, based in Dublin, Ireland providing software solutions for both non-clinical and Clinical Pathology. From its inception in 2017, the company has scaled rapidly to a team of over 60 people, based in 6 countries worldwide, and is projected to hit 70+ people by late 2021. The company also has US & UK subsidiaries, with plans to expand into new markets. The company has been heavily involved in R&D with several EU and national grants to drive new product pipeline development. This has been supplemented with significant investment funding from VCs and private entities to enable the company's commercial development and growth.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for all new roles in the business from sourcing to interviewing, to negotiation through to induction.
- Manage all job postings across multiple platforms including management of company careers site, job boards, HRIS, etc.
- Manage recruitment campaigns and business-critical sourcing projects throughout Europe, US, UAE, Canada, and other regions as required.
- Take ownership of process innovation within recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding, enhancing the candidate experience and developing streamlined processes to suit the needs of the business.
- Liaise and collaborate with other teams, Line Managers, and Leadership teams in an effort to fill vacancies within designated timeframes.
- Complete all mandatory company training and job-specific training required for the role, including ISMS, GLP, DocuSign, SDLC as applicable.
Education / Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, HR, or related field OR a minimum of 3 years experience in similar recruitment or talent acquisition role.
- CIPD Qualification a distinct advantage
Required Skills & Experience for the Role:
- 2+ years in-house recruitment experience in tech, life science, pharma, or similar industry
- Experience working with high volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment
- Strong experience in headhunting, sourcing & selection of technical talent eg. software engineers, testers, or other
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential
- Excellent organization skills with the ability to work under pressure and manage priorities independently
- Independent problem solver that also enjoys working collaboratively in a team
- Must be people-focussed with a strong ability to build relationships & influence
- Ability to remain highly effective and flexible in changing business circumstances
Desired Experience & Characteristics:
- Recruitment & Selection experience in a high-growth startup or SME.
- Experience in recruitment of Java, Python, or C++/C# Engineers a distinct advantage.
- Experience in recruitment of scientific roles.
- Expertise in assessment/selection tools and methodologies is a distinct advantage.
- Admin-level experience with BambooHR or another relevant ATS / HRIS is desirable.
- Proficiency in Google Suite including GDocs, GSheets, GSlides or equivalent Microsoft (MS) Applications.
- Experience with GLP regulations or software will be a distinct advantage.
