Your role within the company: As a Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for attracting and finding candidates that would be suitable for positions on behalf of your clients. It is your job to make a perfect match. You will be developing close relationships with both your candidates and your clients. It is ultimately a sales-based role, where you will be judged on your performance but also reap massive rewards for being a top performer. If you are not comfortable in a target-based environment, this might not be your role. However, you will enjoy a highly lucrative career with unlimited career progression and challenges sprinkled along the way. But, don't worry - we are here to train you, mentor you, and help you achieve your targets.

Requirements

University graduate
Hardworking and passionate
Very charismatic and warm personality
Positive, self-confident, and self-motivated
Good English, fluent (B2 level)
Excellent team player
Some experience in sales or/and services (customer service) or some proven and successful experience could be important pluses.
Fully reference checkable (open to provide the references required)
