Salary1.200– 1.500 EUR NET + benefitsLocationRomaniaIndustryHuman ResourcesJob DescriptionWe are currently seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our People, Performance, and Culture/HR Team.This role is open for a multinational professional service and consulting company that needs a very, very skillful person when it comes to recruitment - strong sourcing skills, with a passion for recruitment. They must have a good network of candidates gathered in their 3 to 5 years of experience.We should consider people from agencies or sectors such as engineering, IT, or more difficult sectors – that way they understand the workload and how volatile the candidates can be in audit and finance – they need to be resilient and strive to find the right candidates.They will receive training upon onboarding.

What will you do?
- You will handle end-to-end recruitment projects;
- You will advise our hiring managers on talent acquisition and come up with innovative recruitment approaches;
- You will conduct internal referral processes;
- You will manage different recruitment databases and tools;
- You will provide various statistics and recommendations related to recruitment trends and challenges;
- You will deal with social media and job portal communication for recruitment matters (LinkedIn, Ejobs, Bestjobs, Hipo, ATS).
What are we looking for?
- Recruiting experience between 3 and 5 years experience in recruitment (HR) within multinational organizations and/or recruitment agencies;
- You must be able to communicate in an effective manner with different types of people and adapt to new and challenging situations;
- You must like networking;
- You must be able to communicate effectively in English (any other language would be a significant plus);
- You should possess excellent project management and time management skills;
- You must be creative and a problem solver;
- You must have experience with direct search.
