Antal International is seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Specialist with 1-3 years of experience. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for all vacancies and recruitment, managing the end-to-end recruitment delivery of vacancies in the business. Additionally, they will create and execute succession planning tactics to establish a robust internal talent pool.
Key Responsibilities:
- As the Recruitment Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process for job openings, starting from defining the job profile and sourcing candidates to screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- You will develop and implement effective succession planning strategies to build a strong internal talent pipeline, prepare reports and analyze recruitment/placement data, and manage relationships with employment agencies and other external recruitment partners to ensure timely and quality hiring.
- You will work closely with HQ to provide support for daily HR work, which includes payroll, employee relations, performance and reward management, and outsourcing staff management among others.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Familiarity with local employment laws and regulations, able to handle employment cases.
- Proficiency in Chinese, English, and French.
