Temporary Recruitment Support Administrator 4 month contract
Potential to go permanent for the right person!
£12.00 per hour (36 hours per week)
Must Haves for the role:
- Minimum GCSE Maths & English Grade C or equivalent
- Experience in working in a busy office
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent command of the English Language (Verbal & Written)
- Proficient using MS Office packages
- Problem solver
- Team player
Nice to haves:
- Recruitment experience (desired but not essential)
- Experience using ATS or similar packages
Duties include and not limited to:
* Processing Interview Invitations/Offer Letters/Reference Requests/Regret Letters
* Chasing references
* Calling candidates and confirming if they are attending their interviews
* Liaising with client (if referee information is missing on a candidate's application form)
* Forwarding completed references to the appropriate client and checking the reference for any missing information
* Forwarding interview invitation and offer letter responses to the appropriate client
* Ensuring client records are updated
* Ensuring that accurate records are maintained
