The Position

For an international brand in recruitment and contracting we are currently hiring a Team Lead Recruitment. The main tasks of this person will be to :

• Run a team of recruiters that service international and local clients operating on the territory of Uzbekistan
• Hire additional recruiters into the team (finding and inducting those and developing their careers)
• Ensure that your team of recruiters is delivering the applicable level of recruiting KPIs
• Personally deliver recruiting projects and being a constant biller 
• Work with international colleagues in other offices to deliver cross boarder deals
• Performance management

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate has a solid understanding and experience in recruitment and sales. You currently dont have to be based in Tashkent, however it is expected that you move there and also have a good command of either Russian or Uzbek in addition to conversational English.
