A well established F&B Company in Kuwait is looking for a Kuwait Resident Refrigeration In Charge to join our team. With 3 to 5 years of experience in the field, you will be responsible for:
- Installing, maintaining, repairing, and servicing various types of refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
- Key responsibilities include diagnosing issues, repairing or replacing defective parts, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring systems are operating efficiently.
- You will need to have a strong experience of HVAC systems, electrical components, and refrigeration principles to excel in this role.
- The ideal candidate should possess excellent problem-solving skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Strong communication skills are essential for liaising with customers, providing updates on job progress, and offering recommendations for system improvements.
Skills:
- Required for this position include proficiency in reading schematics and technical manuals, knowledge of HVAC codes and regulations, and the ability to use various tools and equipment safely.
- Experience working with different types of refrigerants and understanding environmental regulations related to their handling is also crucial.
- In addition to technical skills, a Mechanic Refrigeration and Air Conditioning should demonstrate a commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and continuous learning.
