One of the top multinational Pharma companies is currently hiring a Regional Alliance & Operations Manager to contribute in the company's business growth through working on strategic projects & expanding its partnerships with different customers across Egypt & North Africa region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying and mapping of the Private Health Insurance companies (PHI), non-profitable organizations (NGOs) & patient organizations across Egypt.
- Work with customers to facilitate the approval flow and access to medication for the company's portfolio.
- Paving the way for the new launches with this segment of customers and proposing solutions to enhance access to the new launches portfolio.
- Operations Management for North Africa:
- Spearhead strategic projects within the North Africa region setting clear objectives, goals, responsibilities & KPIs within the frame of 90-day cycles.
- Act as a strategic partner to internal stakeholders by creating several forums to ensure the collaboration with accountability is taking place across the North Africa countries.
Key requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business administration or any other relevant field
- +10 years of experience including at least 5 years within the pharmaceutical industry handling partnerships, market access, alliances, and/or business development managerial position
- At least 2 years of experience in establishing and managing partnerships with Private Health Insurance companies, non-profit organizations, and patient organizations across Egypt.
- Regional exposure is a huge plus.
- Hands-on experience in forecasting, and leveraging data analytics tools for performance tracking and decision-making.
- Fluent English is a must, and French proficiency is preferred.
- Proficiency in project management, with the ability to manage multiple strategic projects simultaneously.
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to create and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Excellent communication skills.
