POSITION OBJECTIVES:
- Drive customer engagement across the organization, working predominantly with the marketing team reporting to the Regional Marketing Manager and will be based in Cairo, Egypt.
- In collaboration with the regional marketing team, develop and drive best demonstrated practices for omni-channel communications that uphold company values and facilitate customer engagement aligned to brand objectives
- Develop and concept strategic social and digital marketing plans, content development and scheduling in multiple social media channels
- Ensure performance, integrity and measurability of digital marketing ecosystem across Company product portfolio and disease state awareness campaign
POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Develop digital campaigns and measurement plans for all social media channels and websites across Company products with clear plan for omni-channel communication
- Innovate and evaluate digital marketing opportunities and capabilities that support strategic imperatives for Company product portfolio.
- Lead the marketing automation process for the assigned portfolio
- In consultation with key stakeholders develop KPIs to measure effectiveness of omni-channel strategy and tactics, consult stakeholders with recommendations to improve performance
- Partner with Corporate Communications to set digital communications objectives that both adapt to an ambiguous promotional environment while ensuring engagement with HCPs and patients that reinforces Company values
- Act as day-to-day contact point in the implementation of all digital promotional materials and programming, partnering with multiple external agencies
- Maintain subject matter expertise on all digital initiatives including best practices, implementation and performance insights
- Ensure all Company digital programs are in alignment with Company Compliance, Legal and Regulatory requirements
- Manage annual promotional budget for all media and digital execution across the portfolio
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
- 3-5 years of social marketing and digital marketing experience, healthcare industry highly preferred
- Analytical skills for leading the development of research methodologies to inform omni-channel strategic planning activities
- Familiarity with social and digital content ideation and development, paid social activation, influencer campaign management, SEO and multi-channel ecosystem digital planning
- Understand the digital ecosystem and the role of social and digital activation for healthcare brands
- Effectively apply knowledge of emerging trends and technology to programs
- Experience managing creative agencies and budgets required
Decision-making and Autonomy
- Especially given this role’s responsibilities for our online social media ecosystem, this candidate must be able to balance short-term judgment calls to manage time-sensitive situations, with appropriately escalating larger issues proactively to compliance and/or leadership.
- This role independently evaluates performance metrics for their media campaigns and directs multiple agencies to optimize execution
- This role manages creative agency and vendor budgets with minimal day-to-day oversight and high accountability
