KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Financial reporting: cooperate with NIO headquarters and develop the financial reporting system of NIO MENA
- Budget and Forecast: coordinate NIO MENA's annual budgeting process, cooperate with various teams to prepare the annual budget, as well as track and implement the annual budget and prepare monthly financial rolling forecast
- Strategic planning: support the strategic discussion and decision-making of NIO MENA business strategies, such as new market entry, by delivering high-quality financial analysis
- Board Meeting: Support the preparation of the financial part of NIO MENA Board Meeting materials
- Other tasks assigned by the line manager
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Experience in a start-up with diverse skills to navigate and drive innovation in the financial landscape of a start-up.
- Solid professional skills in financial analysis and financial planning
- Possess excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Cross-team cooperation regionally and internationally
- Competent in a global working environment
- Proactive mindset
- Capacity to work under pressure in a diverse and fast-paced environment
- Ability to undertake long-distance business trips and long-term international assignments
- Solid ethics, integrity, and commitment to financial controls and compliance
- UAE experience and a comprehensive understanding of financial regulatory requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
- Financial management/accounting/finance-related major, bachelor's degree or above
- 5+ years of work experience, automotive-related industry experience is preferred
- Solid professional skills in financial analysis and financial planning; CPA/CFA certificate is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
