Job Responsibilities & Requirements

• Design and implement the strategy for Talent Management Department
• He/She will be responsible for designing, developing and supporting organization talent management programs that cover performance management, talent development, coaching, succession planning, Organization Development, employee retention.
• 7-10 years of experience in Human Resources in a multinational company with emphasis on talent acquisition and Talent Management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface comfortably at all levels in the organization
• Training content development and Facilitation skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Fluent English
