The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales strategies, fostering customer relationships, and leading initiatives to enhance OT and ICU integration within the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market growth objectives.
- Lead a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their success.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital administrators, surgeons, clinicians, and purchasing decision-makers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure alignment of sales initiatives with company objectives.
- Utilize market intelligence and industry insights to identify new business opportunities, trends, and competitive threats.
- Drive OT integration projects, working closely with healthcare facilities to optimize workflow, improve efficiency, and enhance patient care.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for healthcare professionals on the use and benefits of our products and solutions.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, market trends, and customer feedback to inform strategic decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.
