He will be responsible for customer billing and CFA Management. o Ensure Infrastructure/EHS Management: Identify the constraints in the warehouse related to infrastructure, EHS / audits and facilitate to address them in a time-bound manner o Ensure /CFA Warehouse Operation Management: Ensure handling all end-to-end Depot/CFA Warehouse operations activities leading to an effective adherence to KPIs o Ensuring minimal depot cost & maximum capacity utilization through optimal utilization of people & MHE o Transportation Management: Ensure vehicle planning, dispatches, tracking based on KPI/process laid for business and timely delivery to customers identify gap analysis and actions to resolve o Ensuring all Statutory Compliances and conducting Audits
