HAVE to do’s?
- Handling the team of Sales Cluster Managers/Managers/Executives and Generating the demand in a given Region.
- Work on Business development in institutional sales and new Customer identification. Risk assessment of Customer.
- Exploring new sales clusters, onboarding new vendors, and meeting targets.
- Ask questions, understand their problems, assess their needs and provide a cost effective deal on their yarn orders.
- Coordinate with the Operations and Logistics team in getting the orders fulfilled in a timely manner.
- Set the expectations before the order is closed with the stakeholder on the delivery ETA, revenue collections and other necessary details for a smooth sales transaction. Revenue collection from your customers as per billing cycle and payment terms.
- Updating the status to your reporting manager on a daily basis.
Who are we looking for?
- We are looking for team members who are convincing their prospects, probing their needs, negotiating on the deal and closing the sales.
- 5+ years of experience in Sales/Startup.
- Committed and disciplined in the approach and having a clear GTM plan in achieving their goals.
