You are an experienced leader in the non-life insurance space, with a minimum of 10 years’ industry experience spanning commercial and/or corporate portfolios. You are ready and able to take the lead in driving growth, building strong relationships, and delivering sales and underwriting results in one of South Africa’s most dynamic regions – KZN.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading and motivating your team – consisting of approximately six direct and thirteen indirect reports – ensuring that targets are met and client expectations consistently exceeded. You’ll take ownership of building strong partnerships, developing strategies that grow the business in the region, and ensuring you’re always a step ahead in a competitive market.

You’re someone who thrives on accountability, can balance the bigger picture with the day-to-day details, and takes pride in seeing your region succeed. You hold a relevant degree (or are in the process of completing one), have solid management and strategic experience, are FAIS compliant, and hold an RE5 and/or RE1 accreditation.
