Job Description
Main Objective:
The Regional Marketing and Ecommerce Manager of Americas is responsible for developing, leading, and executing marketing strategies and projects to drive revenue growth for the region.
Responsabilities / Fuctions:
- Collaborate with the Regional Vice-president, Managing Director, Sales Directors and Key Account and Sales Managers to execute the region’s marketing activities, strategy, and other programs (internal/external branding, lead generation, advertising/sponsorships, events, digital marketing) to support the region’s business objectives.
- Develop and execute marketing plans that may include email campaigns, participation in industry conferences and events, webinars, and website updates and research new technologies in order to incorporate them into the company’s marketing strategy.
- Manage the eCommerce sales channel for both countries resulting in customer acquisition, retention and growth with revenue responsibility (local e-Shop and marketplaces).
- Orchestrate eCommerce activities with other channels (inside sales, product catalog etc.) to ensure a consistent and value adding multi-channel experience along the customer journey.
- Focused on implementing best-practice methodologies and innovation proposals.
- Manage marketing budgets and overseeing all aspects of a company’s marketing activities.
- Oversee marketing lead generation to help acquire and retain new customers through management of all online and offline marketing programs/channels, digital advertising, webinars, content syndication, email, social, lead nurturing, channel marketing and analytics.
- Provide short- and long-term market forecasts, reports, and trends to assist business development in the acquisition of customers, create reports that detail key metrics such as the number of leads generated by each campaign, so that the effectiveness of each campaign can be evaluated and perform ongoing tracking and reporting on marketing initiatives
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering.
- MBA or Master’s in Marketing (Desirable).
- Experience: 5+ years as Marketing Manager experience (Required).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Marketing B2B for industries, directly managing digital marketing programs with proven ability to deliver consistently strong measurable results.
- Courses: Marketing Strategy, Research, Statistics, Economics, Business Law, Ethics and Advertising are good to have.
