Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive marketing strategies tailored for the MENA region in alignment with overall business objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, trends, and competitive landscape in the MENA region.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to create cohesive marketing campaigns that drive engagement and sales.
- Manage the regional marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to optimize ROI and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, content creation, and SEO/SEM strategies to enhance online presence and customer acquisition.
- Organize and coordinate regional marketing events, trade shows, and webinars to build relationships with potential customers and enhance brand awareness.
- Analyze marketing performance data and metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness, adjusting strategies as necessary to maximize impact.
- Foster relationships with local vendors, agencies, and partners to enhance marketing initiatives and brand visibility.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a regional role or within the MENA market.
- Strong understanding of diverse cultural, economic, and political factors influencing marketing strategies in the MENA region.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques, including analytics platforms, social media management, and content marketing.
- Exceptional communication skills in English; proficiency in other regional languages is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovative marketing approaches and strategies.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
