Our client is the global leader in consumer charging, and one of the world’s popular providers of audio/video electronics, home appliances, smart security solutions. Currently we are looking for a regional marketing manager for South Europe and working location could be in Spain, France or Italy.
As part of our exciting growth plans we are looking for an experienced and passionate Regional Marketing Manager to join our EU Marketing team, focused on SE Europe. You are going to report to European Marketing director.
You will be responsible for developing, leading and implementing regional marketing plans, product launches and strategic projects. You will be an excellent communicator, with the ability to lead from the front, providing clear direction and objectives, ensuring your team are not only supporting launches and strategic campaigns, but also aligned with the overall regional plan and strategy.
You will provide input and guidance across multiple disciplines from content creation and retail launches, to social media, influencer outreach and other campaigns - monitoring progress along the way to ensure budgets and resources are allocated correctly for maximum impact, and that we continue to support our ambitious growth plans at every stage.
Monitoring and understanding data and insight will be critical, giving you the ability to track, review and optimise digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Measuring performance along the way against key objectives and metrics, giving you the ability to be decisive, while creating tangible actions for your team and creating an agile, and informed working environment.
Responsibilities
- Strong leadership with the ability to nurture and develop your team
- Measure and report performance of all marketing plans and campaigns, while assessing against key metrics, goals and objectives (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, while optimising spend and performance based on the data
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Utilise strong analytical skills to evaluate an end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
- Lead collaborative relationships with agencies and other vendor partners, while monitoring service levels and performance
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
- Drive best-in-class integrated marketing strategies, partner with product, sales and central marketing teams to ensure success
- Leads marketing launches for new product introductions in the EU Region. Initiates, defines, and manages all marketing collateral for assigned projects including developing creative briefs and managing all creative development from initial content through to completion
- Partner with GTM and Sales teams to create offline/online marketing strategies, editorial calendars, email campaigns, affiliate and influencer marketing, and paid media campaigns
- Proactively pitch content and campaign ideas
- Project manages NPIs and drives proactive and consistent communication with cross-functional teams including Regional & BG GTM Team and on a daily basis to ensure accuracy of content, copy, specifications and legal marks for all materials produced
Requirements
- BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
- Proven working experience in digital marketing
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing digital campaigns and launches
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and brand strategy
- Understands and enforces brand and legal requirements for a consistent application of brand guidelines and visual identities
