Regional Marketing Manager

Your impact:
The Regional Marketing Manager US will lead on campaign activity to increase brand awareness and generate leads for the Go To Market function, playing a key role in the distribution and arrangement of the company’s marketing activity, including the promotion of content assets via marketing campaigns and the scheduling of branded events, such as webinars and industry conferences.
As a senior member of the Marketing team, the Regional Marketing Manager will play a leading role in ensuring all activity aligns with departmental KPIs and objectives and should act as a brand guardian to ensure content, messaging and marketing activity is consistent with the company’s core values and mission statement.
What you’ll be doing:
- Devise B2B marketing campaigns with a focus on the acquisition of relevant B2B contacts and creation of new marketing leads (MQLs) and sales opportunities (SQLs)
- Lead and assess pipeline health, marketing processes, and identify key challenges and priorities and drive team performance towards goals
- Partner with Product and Content Marketing on developing a content strategy that compels buyers at every stage of the buyer journey and engages them throughout their lifecycle
- Collaborate cross-functionally across marketing, sales, operations, partnerships, and product teams. Maintain a feedback loop with other departments, i.e. sales and product marketing, to optimise lead generation campaigns
- Oversee marketing and demand generation budgets and track spending to understand and improve customer acquisition costs
- Measure and optimize marketing programs to ensure activities are effective, efficient, and demonstrate ROI
- Bridge gap between Sales, Content Production and SDR functions to:
- Ensure all campaign activity is audience-centric and is distributed efficiently to key target audiences
- Ensure all campaign leads are followed up with efficiently and any feedback is considered for future activity
- Support the organisation and running of regional trade shows, conferences and user meetings
- Be on hand and open to supporting other team members with ad hoc requests, such as support with case studies or product documentation
What You’ll Need:
- 5+ years of Marketing and Demand Generation experience preferably in SaaS business.
- Hands on experience in GRC, TPRM and ESG are required.
- Organised – able to prioritise and keep on top of various projects
- Ability to work remotely
- Accountable and collaborative across all teams within the organisation
- Open to new ideas and ways of working
- Passionate and knowledgeable about sustainability and ESG and committed to company’s mission.
- Adaptable and able to pivot focus and handle multiple projects with competing deadlines.
- You have exceptional communication skills and are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Valid US work status required.
