- Responsible for achieving the desired quality of the final product by ensuring process & quality in the various manufacturing processes
- Managing operating cost by ensuring adequate control on expenses and wastages reduction
- Responsible for achievement of production & dispatch as per customer schedule
- Achieving and improving performance on agreed operational metrics
- Leading talent management including hiring, coaching & development of people in collaboration with HR
- To drive performance improvement based on actual internal results & identified gaps, customer feedbacks and establish strong internal reviews & response mechanism.
- To proactively and regularly interact with customers & internal stakeholders to exchange necessary information and build strong communication, relationship.
- To ensure compliances towards all regulatory, legal and systemic requirements through strong monitoring & review mechanism and keep overall administrative control over the plants.
