Looking for Regional Sales Director for International manufacturing company, located in Otegen Batyr Village.
Responsibilities:
Planning and effective organization of sales department activities and its control and analysis.
Market analysis with further development of business plan, reports. Participation in the preparation of commercial terms, proposals and strategic business cases for the company.
Ensure monitoring and completion of the tasks assigned to employees.
Providing constant market research and information about potential customers and competitors
Sales Management, including the following:
Management of financial KPI: revenue profit, profitability;
Negotiating with key and problematic clients of the company;
Identify clients requiring increased attention, resolving crisis and abnormal situations;
Ensuring realization of plans for shipment, commercial income,
Ensuring the receipt of revenue, control fulfillment of contract obligations of counter parties in terms of payment;
Defining and building up marketing strategy and sales development strategy.
Qualifications:
Higher Education (preferably technical, in additions MBA in sales, logistics, management is preferred)
Experience in active sales as a Sales/Commercial Manager for at least 10 years, as Sales Director for at least 5 years
Successful experience in sales management (development and implementation of sales strategy, implementation of plans, building business processes, team management, motivation, establishing KPI)
Budget development and management
No obligation to go on business trips
Ability to build and manage business processes
Ability to systemize received information and address it timely
Fluency in English to conduct negotiations freely
Knowledge of Excel (confident user), ability to work with complex tables; ability to make analytical Power Point Slides.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
