ROLE PURPOSE
Responsible for expanding business presence across India and international markets. Oversees distribution and dealer networks nationwide, fostering OEM relationships, and driving export sales. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in instrumentation, a proven track record in business development, and the ability to manage regional resources effectively.
KEY POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Distribution and Dealer Network Management:
Develops and executes strategies to expand and strengthen the distribution and dealer network for refrigeration parts across India.
Ensures effective communication and collaboration with dealers, providing them with the necessary support and resources.

OEM Sales and Marketing:
Identifies and pursues opportunities for OEM partnerships in the refrigeration industry.
Develops marketing plans and promotional strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales among OEMs.

Facilitate New Product Development:
Collaborates with the product development team to identify and facilitate the introduction of new instrumentation products and solutions.
Gathers market feedback and customer insights to guide product development efforts.

Export Sales:
Develops and executes export strategies, including direct-to-customer (D2C) sales and distribution through dealers across the globe.
Manages export operations and compliance with international regulations.

Travel and Engagement:
Travel extensively (approximately 8 to 12 days per month) to engage with dealers, OEMs, and customers across India and internationally.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

OEM Relationship Management:
Cultivates and maintains relationships with large OEM clients.
Ensures timely delivery of products and exceptional customer service.

Promotional Videos and Marketing:
Develop and produce promotional videos and marketing materials to reach the existing customer database and attract new clients.

Customer Service Collaboration:
Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction..

Regional Resource Management:
Manages and coordinates the activities of regional resources located in Chennai.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
