Job Title: Regional Sales Head - Middle East

Job Objective:
The role focuses on driving the sales of phosphonates (three product variants) in the UAE, with an emphasis on market growth and penetration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive sales of phosphonates in the UAE, focusing on increasing market share.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and strategic partners (e.g., Italmatch, Shandong Taihe Technologies).
- Lead negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs, adjusting sales strategies as necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product development, technical) to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Achieve and exceed annual sales targets, managing a pipeline of opportunities valued between $60K and $75K, with a commission potential of 25%.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering (BSc/BTech Chemical or equivalent).
