Key Responsibilities
- Collaborates with Business Head in establishing sales targets.
- Formulate and Implement Sales Strategy, team building.
- Sales forecasting and budgeting - Monthly and Quarterly.
- Project study and marketability of new projects.
- Determines annual unit by implementing sales strategies; and analyzing trends and results.
- Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals
- Evangelize the product and personally help close deals
- Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet sales objectives
- Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally
Skills And Qualifications
Qualification: MBA
- Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others in the team
- Strong leadership and team building skills
- Meeting planned sales goals.
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results, as necessary.
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
- The ongoing training of salespeople.
