Experience : 15 + yrs in Power tools
Education : BE , MBA
Responsibilities:
- Exposure of handling a team of 8 to 10 members including sales & technical.
- Dealer network management and expansion as per market potential.
Create and execute a detailed sales & marketing plan for his zone.
Will be responsible for achieving annual sales budget, with monthly tracking of sales activities. - Ensuring proper internal and external communication
- Must possess strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Market mapping managing existing dealer and ensure the dealer network expansion to increase the market share of products.
- Managing the current institutional/key accounts business. Exposure to government business preferred.
- Submitting sales forecast Annual, quarterly & monthly sales target, ensuring proper internal and external communication.
- Effectively follow the reporting structure as per organization norms.

- Conduct monthly review meetings of his team and send feedback to head office.
- Must have good knowledge of the territory in Western & Central region.
- Should have experience of managing sales team in terms of guiding, coaching and motivating them to achieve their targets and company goals
