Immediate Hiring | Regional Sales Manager | EPC / Capital Equipment Sales
We are hiring for a well-established engineering and EPC solutions provider, known for delivering industrial systems in Air Pollution Control, Material Handling, and Utilities. The organization works on large-scale projects across Steel, Cement, Power, Boiler, and process industries, partnering with leading OEMs, EPC contractors, and consultants.
We are looking for experienced Regional Sales Managers who can drive business growth, manage key accounts, and lead end-to-end capital equipment / EPC solution sales.

Hyderabad (Secunderabad, Vijayawada) | Mumbai (Thane, Navi Mumbai) | Nagpur (Wardha, Amravati) | Raipur (Bhilai, Durg)
Experience
10–15 Years in B2B Industrial / EPC Sales
Qualification
B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical Engineering | MBA preferred
Key Responsibilities

Drive regional sales strategy aligned with business targets

Manage complete sales lifecycle (Enquiry → Tender → Negotiation → Order Booking)
- Handle techno-commercial proposals, costing, and contract discussions
- Build strong relationships with OEMs, EPC contractors, consultants, and plant heads
- Identify new opportunities and expand key accounts and market presence
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposal, estimation, and project execution support
Key Requirements & Skillset
-
Strong experience in EPC turnkey / capital equipment sales

Exposure to industrial equipment such as Air Pollution Control Systems, Filtration Systems, Material Handling, Fans, Scrubbers, Bag Filters, etc.
- Proven ability in techno-commercial negotiations and tendering
- Strong network within Steel, Cement, Power, Boiler sectors
- Track record in order booking, revenue growth, and margin delivery
- Excellent client handling, stakeholder management, and business development skills
