Job Responsibility:

• Plan, manage and achieve growth targets of Specialty Chemicals in Middle East & Africa by successfully managing the business and team

• Establish appropriate strategy and finetune based on market dynamic to ensure business success in sustainable way

• Identify opportunities to drive business growth in volume and overall absolute CM via expansion of business territories, customer base and expanding distribution network.

• Maximize pricing opportunities while maintaining good balance of short- and long-term growth objectives

• Develop long-term sustainable partnership with Key Accounts and channel partners

• Coordinate with global and regional teams in order to sell the right product to right customer at right price for purpose of profit maximization

• Ensure that all Sales & Marketing activities are in strict compliance with Company’s Code of Conduct

• Lead the sales team aggressively explore market potential for identified markets and develop new business opportunities
• Meet annual sales targets and business growth ambition
• Develop marketing opportunities and plans, understanding customer and industry requirements, identifying market tendency and set up achievable and doable initiatives to achieve business goal
• Coach and motivate the sales team fully understand local strategy, improve sales skill set and aim for better result
• Understand the market dynamics and provide constructive proposal to manager and team
• Build up and maintain regular and sustainable relationships with key customers
