Hiring for a Regional Sales Manager for the Vietnam region, for a global PaymentsTech SaaS platform provider.
Client description:
Our client is a London - headquartered start-up SaaS FinTech company that provides a global scale Forex remittances platform (both Send side and Receive side) that enables instant foreign exchange remittances and payments through API-driven integration. Founded in 2014, they have scaled rapidly – especially over the past 3 years – and now host all major Merchants, Business Enterprises Banks, Forex Solutions Providers, Wallets, and other players in the ecosystem. Their leadership team is distributed across multiple continents and have business operations across the globe. Role details:
- Title / Designation: Regional Sales Manager – Vietnam
- Reporting Manager: Regional Sales Director (Senior Manager)
- Location: Vietnam
- Work Mode: On – site
Role & responsibilities:
- Own, manage, drive, and expand the potential market in Vietnam.
- Own and lead the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, proposal submission, contract negotiation and closure.
- Strategize, plan, and track daily production tasks like campaigns and launches.
- Independently drive medium to large projects / initiatives from inception to completion
- Run the campaign calendar, strategic business reviews and contractual discussions with client.
- Demonstrate professionalism and leadership skills to build business relationships and be the primary point of contact with business partners for requirements and resolutions.
- Own and deliver quarterly / annual booking target.
- Create and leverage synergies across ecosystem to maximize and sustain revenues.
- Work with account / campaign managers, trading analysts and other support teams to execute daily tasks, adhering to SLAs.
- Work with regional director to develop efficient prioritization plans.
Candidate requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 8-10 years of overall experience
- Strong understanding of the money remittance industry and payments in Vietnam
- Proven experience developing customer relationships and fostering revenue growth.
- Plan, implement and follow-up with key partners marketing activities with the local marketing manager.
- Motivated initiative-taker capable of taking initiative and negotiating tough situations with influencing communication style.
- Experience making pitches in front of senior leaders, large groups, and customers
- Excellent spreadsheet and presentation skills and the ability to build new infographics to present business/performance reviews.
- Proven ability to identify, improve, and apply your EQ to be effective
- Should be a resident of the country and have all VISA/approvals
