Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop sales plan and strategies to increase market penetration For Zone
- Collaborating with sales officers to establish and execute a sales goal for Zone
- Set the vision and develop and adhere to a business plan to attain the company’s mission
- Evaluate market trends in the general trade and gather competitive information, identify trends that affect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability
- Manage Zone team to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals for General Trade
- Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer Satisfaction
- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to the general trade market
- Developing sales strategies and setting targets with the team
- Monitoring the team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets
- Geographical knowledge of the region with experience in establishing wholesale/distribution network
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Strong Relationship building skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team
- Preferred Industry- FMCG (Cosmetics)
