The ideal candidate should have bachelors degree in Engineering, Mechanical/Industrial overall 8-10 years of experience in selling machinery tools or machines /industrial planst or from ceramic industry in Middle East region. This role will focus on developing the market and selling the products directly to the End customers in O&G, Construction, Shipping, Transportation, Energy etc.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop business and personal relations in the reference market;
• Pursue the sales target agreed with the Sales Department;
• Plan strategic marketing activities;
• Develop and manage the distribution network;
• Ensure customer satisfaction by correctly interpreting their needs and propose suitable specific solutions;Study market trends, customers and competitors’ behaviors in the reference area;
• Understand (future and current) changes in the reference market, and plan specific commercial and product actions, that ensure to maintain the desired positioning.
