Regional Sales ManagerOverview:
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible to sell cyber security products and Services in an assigned territory. The individual must have strong “hunter” skills, as well as the ability to service and upsell existing customers. They will apply a broad knowledge of the Client’s products to develop large opportunities and close sales.
Responsibilities:
• Prospect and qualify new potential customers, within assigned territory
• Identify and close deals with corporate customers through face-to-face meetings and through internet/phone selling
• Work in partnership with Systems Engineers and corporate to educate the customer/prospect and demonstrate Client’s’s capabilities
• Drive opportunities at the strategic and tactical level
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with client decision-makers including maintaining a sales strategy based on customer’s requirements
• Keep informed on new products, services, and other general information of interest to customers through successful participation in Client’s web-based training and other forms of knowledge transfer
• Responsible for securing new business, add-on business, and Maintenance Renewal orders for all license sales and Professional Services revenue
• Demonstrate strong channel ethics and work closely with channels/resellers and contribute to their overall success
• Display strong time management skills
• Understand and manage all phases of the sales cycle
• Accurately forecast all territory business utilizing Salesforce.com
• Work within the company culture and value systemRequirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field
• Bi-lingual in English and Arabic mandatory
• Dynamic sales professional experienced in selling to enterprise and government clients
• Proven, consistent track record of success as evidenced by achieving and exceeding annual quota
• Experience selling enterprise level solutions in the Security and Compliance markets is a plus, but not mandatory. Experience in cybersecurity industry is a plus
• Strong computer, written and interpersonal communications and presentation skills
