The company includes manufacturing plants, scientific laboratories, technical support centers and sales offices in more than 100 countries. The company employs over 33,000 employees. It has been on the market in Uzbekistan for more than 15 years and for the last 3 years it has been locally producing concrete additives and importing materials from Central Asia and Europe.
Responsibilities:
Business development in the assigned territory; strengthening relationships with the existing customer base in the market;
Fulfillment of the established sales plan in target market segments (concrete/cement additives) in the designated region;
Cold calling/visiting clients to implement customer strategy and/or target market;
Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding concrete/cement admixtures and other products we can provide to clients;
Provide advisory/technical support to clients/dealers;
Implements strategic regional sales plans to achieve set goals;
Requirements:
Higher education;
Experienced user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
More than 3 years of experience in selling concrete/concrete additives or building materials (preferred);
Willingness to travel to client sites in a certain region;
Personal qualities:
Strong business and financial acumen that results in smart, profitable sales and business decision making. Excellent communication skills and ability to interact at multiple levels with service providers, contractors, engineers, subcontractors and distributors.
