Location can be home office in UK(main city)

We are seeking for
- a highly motivated individual to sell Adhesives-Epoxy materials to grow business footprint across UK as primary focus for industrial application, to focus on our strategic plans for EMEA sales.
- Promote & sell composite materials, primarily, Epoxy and Adhesives but not limited to these products to meet/exceed the planned budgeted targets and meet strategic development targets.
Reporting to the Head of Sales, EMEA
Main Missions and Responsibilities
- To manage and develop current accounts to exceed customer expectations in terms of service and support, optimize the sales potential and control debt management.
- To lead negotiation and development to ensure the timely closure of prospective sales, optimizing the business potential and revenue.
- To manage distribution network
- Identify and onboard new customers from Marine & Industrial markets.
- Communicate with the Head of Sales EMEA all relevant opportunities by customer by material type.
- Own and lead a clear business development plan for each customer to meet all expectations for timely development of the entire sales process.
- Forecast and own the demand to include evaluated growth by potential customers.
- Work across the Business development sector to secure and transition accounts between regional managers, ensuring seamless transitions for customers.
Qualification requirement:
- Bachelor's Master's/Engineeri degree or Educated to a professional level with continuous development.
- 5-7 years’ experience with previous B2B Sales experience ideally within Composite Materials environment.
- Knowledge and experience of selling PET/Epoxy/Adhesive products.
- Sales professional who is competent at closing deals and placing annual supply agreements.
- An individual who is motivated for success and exceed the budgeted results.
- An excellent communicator with fluent English with additional European languages being an advantage.
- Availability to travel in all UK – EU on request.
