Evaluate market trends and create new opportunities and increase demand for Company products in the territory/region
Meeting prospective customers / distributors to discuss their needs and collating the relevant market information
Discuss and conclude contracts and deals on behalf of Company in the territory/region under the guidance and direction of Managing Director based in India
Responsible of developing Sales, product presentation to customers, represent Company in exhibitions and trade fair
Responsible for sales revenue, uilding profitable and sustainable business, customer satisfaction and building the brand equity the said territory/region
Collaborate closely with the customer support, product management, marketing, finance, operations and logistics to meet the individual and team goals Aligning sales strategies with local market dynamics, nurture partnerships and appint distribution channels for expanding customer base in the region
Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan in line with company goals to accomplish individual KPIs and targets set out for the territory/region Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing existing customer base and significantly adding new customers
