DESIGNATION: Regional Sales Manager (Formwork Sales)
LOCATION: Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: B. Tech, BBA or Equivalent
EXPERIENCE: 10-15 years
REMUNERATION: 15-20 LPA
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. With a minimum of 10-15 years of sales experience, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales activities within a designated region.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth within the assigned region.
- Lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure individual and team performance.
- Identify and target potential customers, establish strong relationships, and negotiate sales contracts to secure new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to the management team, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and create development plans to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, partners, and industry influencers, to strengthen market presence.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes that may impact the business, and proactively adjust sales strategies as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10-15 years of sales experience, preferably in a leadership role, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the industry, market trends, and customer needs within the assigned region.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to deliver exceptional results.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Proactive and results-driven mindset, with the ability to work independently and make strategic decisions to drive business growth.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to analyse sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think creatively and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required.
