Responsibilities

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets
• Develop innovative sales strategies to increase sales within the assigned territory
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
• Ensure that brand awareness within the assigned territory meets company expectations
• Monitor competitors’ sales activity within the assigned territory
• Present products and services to prospective customers
• Participate in industry or promotional events (e.g. trade shows) to cultivate customer relationships
• Conduct training in sales techniques and company product attributes

Qualifications

• Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Communication, Marketing, or Business Administration
• Flexibility to travel
• Experience in Sales in F&B Sector (Technical / Mechanical products)
